The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, September 17 reveals Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will see hatred in Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) eyes.
Also coming up, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will overhear Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) talking to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will arrive in the nick of time. And Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will offer Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) a position.
Y&R spoilers tease Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will excitedly discuss their upcoming wedding. But Phyllis will arrive and ruin the mood. She’ll say she saw Winters had a bunch of IT openings. And she’ll ask Devon if he plans on poaching them from Abbott-Chancellor.
Speaking of Abbott-Chancellor, Billy will be surprised when Chelsea shows up with cookies. She’ll also thank him for talking to Connor. “You took the blame for us breaking up, you didn’t have to do that,” Chelsea will add. She’ll say she can see he’s hurting and it breaks her heart.

Then she’ll tell Billy she hopes one day they can get back what they had together. “Something has been broken and we both know it can’t be fixed,” he’ll reply. Chelsea will say she’s so sorry. He’ll accept her apology but admit he’s mad at himself because he can’t forgive her. Then Phyllis will walk in.
Chelsea will leave and Phyllis will tell Billy she’s there with information. “It’s looking like Winters is thinking of poaching some of our IT talent.” Billy will smirk and say she doesn’t work there. But Phyllis will ask if he’s considering hiring her, she wants to be his business partner.
So, Billy will say he’ll take her on but in a lesser role. He’ll add there’s only one CEO and that’s him. “I want you to stay in your lane Phyllis, can you do that?” And Phyllis will tell him she’ll have to sleep on it.
Meanwhile, Connor will tell Adam he talked to Billy about he and Chelsea splitting up. “I have this feeling something bad happened, something no one wants me to know about,” he’ll add. Connor will say he also noticed things weren’t right with Adam and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He’ll ask if they broke up and Adam will confirm it.
Connor will say he and Sally were good together. Then Chelsea will arrive and hear Connor tell his dad that he and his mom had were better. “It was something more.” She’ll sit down and say she overhead him. “You’re just more comfortable with each other,” he’ll reply.
At the coffee shop, Daniel will ask Sharon what it is she needs to clear up and she’ll admit she’s been acting erratic lately towards him and his family. “I haven’t been rational or fair, especially not to Lucy.” Daniel will say he wishes there was more he could do to help her.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nick’s Glad She’s In A Better Place
“You can’t, this is something I have to handle on my own,” she’ll reply. “That’s right baby,” Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) will add. “And you know exactly what needs to be done.” So, Sharon will apologize for taking everything out on Daniel and his family.
He’ll say he feels guilty and Sharon will say she wishes she could help him with that. Daniel will admit it’s gotten to the point where Heather has suggested they leave Genoa City. “Maybe you should do that,” Sharon will respond. But when Cameron tells her to be careful, she’ll backtrack and say she needs to get over her pain of losing Cassie, whether he’s in town or not.
“Look at you, you’re trying to hide it, but I can feel how angry you are,” Daniel will tell her. “I can see how much you hate me and you’re just never going to get past this are you?” Then Nick will show up and Sharon will tell Daniel she doesn’t hate him. “All I needed you to know is that I really am sorry…and I won’t be going off on you or your family ever again.”
Daniel will leave and Nick will say he’s glad she’s in a better place with Daniel. Then he’ll tell her Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) having a hard time with something and she needs to get home. He’ll offer to drive her. But she’ll say she’s got her car there and insist on meeting him at the cottage.
Finally, Cameron will tell Sharon she knows there’s nothing wrong with Faith, Nick made it up. “Maybe it’s a trap?” she’ll reply. And he’ll say her family might be shipping her off to Fairview. Cameron will add that Daniel could be leaving town so they might not get another chance. “Sharon, we need to do this now.”
